TourCert, is a non-profit organization that provides a certification and grants the TourCert label for tourism enterprises with strong sustainability and CSR presence. CSR means Corporate Social Responsibility and it is the companies commitment towards managing social, environmental and economic effects of the operations responsibly.
Due to the rapid changes in society and environment, consumers are looking for environmental friendly and socially responsible holiday experiences. More and more tour operators in Germany are going through the CSR certification process and are searching for likeminded partners at the destination.
